ACCC-III Automatic control principle and computer control technology experimental device

Description

This device is designed according to requirements of university experimental teaching courses: "automatic control theory", "computer control technology". In addition to making amplifier and all kinds of resistance and capacitance network work together to simulate various automatic control system during the experiment, three typical physical objects are carefully designed according to the feature of the following courses. The whole experiment device set simulation, actual physical objects, computer test and control in a body, which contributes to exciting the students' interest in experiment, and improving the students' ability of understanding the theory and ability of practical application. It is an ideal laboratory equipment for colleges and universities.
Characteristics:
1). The needs of open research-based experiment are taken into fully consideration during the designing of hardware and software of the system. Experimental items and contents are changeable easily. Users need to change related items in database only. It is fast and conveniently, and is easy to learn and use. MATLAB node and C language program node are accessable.
2). Typical physical objects, three systems of different time constant are set up: closed loop DC motor speed regulation system, temperature PID control system, second order level control system, which gain well cohesion with the following courses.
3). The experimental device equipped with data acquisition card, USB2.0 interface is adopted to communicate with PC, which can realize computer intelligence data collection, analysis, processing, curve automatic generation and real-time display.
4). The most widely used graphic language (G language) programming is adopted, use Virtual Instruments development environment: LabVIEW8.5.
